hey can u explain rotation and cd management on darmac mythic figth(and who the fuck deleting my questions all the time)

after i got 4 pieces, never munch pyro. Iam trying to spam it as soon i got it for possible 4 p proc. Actually i can much it for some combustion situations

yo guys today i tried one thing:
1) do same pyro 2-3 into 1 target
2) use 1 inferno blast in 1 target
2) use 1 inferno blast in 2 target
3) use combustion in 1 target
And i noticed that ignite ll be higher. that previous method with 2 ib on 1 target then combustion 2 target

Nether tempest should be up all the time or only when i reach 4 stacks?

Can u make talents summary for brf, if u have already tested it on ptr.
