As the topic says. What kind of stats priority shall we follow for CMs?
Currently, I was going for MS>Vers>Crit>Haste>Mastery, but I noticed some top mages to lean towards MS>Haste=Crit>Vers>Mastery for CMs. Any thoughts?
Stat weights for CMs
Re: Stat weights for CMs
The typical Gold-Attendee is going to pull 3 packs at once minimum.
The best talents for this are FB/IForRoP/TV
Pulling 9 mobs at once yields following stat weights:
Casting literally 0 Frostbolts makes Masterie's value crush into the ground.
For single targets boss fights, MS keeps the best stat. Since trash is the majority of the instance, I'd stick with Haste > MS > Crit.

So far the gold Frost Mages I've seen go with PC, not TV. TV allows you to extend your burst, but PC actually amplifies it and it can be used much more frequently.
Re: Stat weights for CMs
The question was concering stat weights, not the skillset you employ.
Stat weights with FB/IF/PC on 3 trash packs:
Changed literally nothing from my previous reply (besides the worse scaling and lower dmg output over the course of a whole CM run).

First thanks for doing this, second what duel spec frosts talent choices do you suggest? Also are you factoring in Pet Nova/glpyh'd Cone of Cold? I imagine for the AoE spec go unglpyh'd IV's and opposite for single target right?

Sorry to necro, but is this still accurate?
