Insane FoFs on Brackenspore

One of the mushrooms on the Brackenspore encounter, called Mind fungus, reduces cast speed of all targets within like 15 yards of it. Simple mechanic just move away and then kill it when the raid needs it gone. Then I realized, WATER JET! By placing my water elemental in the mushrooms range during water jet I can get nearly 6 procs. This makes FB/RoP/TV on that fight an insane boost in dmg as you can do this trick once every 25 seconds and the cast lasts nearly 9 seconds.
Not sure if this is intended in game, but I find it a helpful boost for the struggle that is frost mage.

is exactly right after testing his theory it worked while both me and my pet are in the mushrooms range and I start the water jet cast it is 8 seconds long then I blazing speed out and start my FB spam.

By timing this with enhanced frostbolt you can get 4-5 charges of FoF
