If your MAIN priority is killing short lived adds quickly, arcane is going to suit that best, easy target swapping (minus fkn doom nova Rip). You may possibly lose some doom nova/cleaving damage but it will be the most reliable add damage.

Frost will do more over all damage, but arcane has much better phase 3 burn and can focus down Doomlords. You can play either depending on what your raid needs.

I would also HIGHLY suggest learning to use Weakauras, it is a very powerful add-on. It lets you track vital information and display it in a format that is easy to understand and customized for you (If you put in the effort to use it). You are properly geared to play arcane, It's hard to tell whats going wrong with your arcane DPS without logs but it is not gear based. I use them all the way up here at 60ms. I have no noticeable problems.

They are a Loss at higher latency, Personally I use them and I know other mages that use them as well.

It's nice QoL but it is just preference honesty. If you are down at 25ms I would not worry about it. but again it is in fact a loss at higher ping.
