You can macro shimmer and ice block to same key and solosoak. Can prob do it without macroing but you gotta be real fast.

It's 6s in Simcraft and seems to be like that ingame. Even though it starts counting from 5s, the countdown from 5s doesn't start for a bit.

With 20,5% haste you gain one more GCD in the Combustion+RoP 10s window making it >8 GCDs. With my gear I gain about 1% dps.
