It's funny how "balanced" the new 1/1 single target traits for each spec are. Arcane's Aluneth Avarice gives 24.5k DPS. Frost's Glacial Eruption gives 12.6k DPS. The PTR sim is showing me at 100% crit rate, you might be seeing the same.

Wouldn't Scorch be 250% SP compared to FB 175% noncrit 350% crit? I've heard that Twisting Wind got nerfed previously (don't know if damage or ICD or anything else).
You may sim your character, check how hard the trinket hits and compare it with skada/recount numbers. Is it the same damage? Trinket lists may be outdated and do not show the nerfs yet.
