yes UM is better on single target

That is why I asked on specific fights
because Ursoc Mythic have a single add for a very short interval
and wasn't sure if it was worth to have LB instead of UM

If you want the Hidden Skin of Frost Artifact you need the Teleport Nexus (random chance to be teleported to Frostfire Ridge instead of destination and get the it)
