if you are dps'ing a single target, is it a dps increase or decrease to hard cast blizzard or freezing rain instant cast blizzard while sentinel trinket is in use?

Hello My question is during haste procs (whispers, metro, lust) should i ignore FoF and Flurry and concentrate on pumping out as many 5xFbolt + GS as i can? Well looking at Trilliax I can see that you HC pyro like 6-7 times during encounter while having around ~20 procs? It's huge dps loss, you should always save Shimmer to make sure you HC your bracers pyro.

The explosion is only 20 yards for the ring.
Does anyone else feel this should be 30 or 40 for ranged dps?
I.e archimonde phase 1 if the explosion is about to happen and it's shadowfel burst spread time i will prob not be within 20 yards of targets so it's wasted

I went 12/13 and given it is the first week and i had to learn the fights my usage of prismatic crystal was not great. Timing was hard, uptime or value was terrible. Entire crystals wasted etc... SpellSteal alert/addon Sometimes when fighting a group of mobs several targets may have buffs like void shell or stone bulwark. Obviously the mob i am targeting i can see the buff appear on the target frame and i immediately spellsteal it. However i don't see the buff on the mobs i am not targeting....
