This is definitely a massive nerf to geared players and frost mage scaling in general. I have gloves/shard/mags and regularly reach my 2nd or even 3rd frozen orb, but with this change it looks like reaching even the second will be practically impossible in ST scenarios. Surely they're going to buff ...

I understood this to mean that we will get a 25s lust when we use TW while having a lust debuff. It essentially looks like a 37.5% nerf to the ring's effect to me (25s vs. 40s).

Guess I need another frost legendary

Any idea why the grimoire is simming so poorly? As others have experienced, I've been ogling its huge damage--it's basically the new ruby. I know that previous builds of simcraft were only using it once every 2 min, but that's since been fixed and it's still simming terribly compared to worse trinke...

Just to complicate this a bit more, what about using FoF ILs with tome to extend IV without the intermediate FB's? If orb and/or WJ are off codlin, it seems like it may be worth it.

From my own experiences with 4p and tome, I can say that having FoF charges up is almost never a problem. WJ will get you more than enough on its own and the remaining charges are usually enough to carry on to the next WJ, so I think it may be better to just throw out frozen orb whenever it is up as...
