Even if it worked it wouldn't last long enough to let you stand there the whole time. Pretty easy to just use IF and not lose uptime.

Yes, I believe PC damage on the boss can proc it, and I know SN can. I'd recommend making two separate WAs - one for your current target, one for when it's on something else.

You can't just compare damage and pick what does most. UM will always be lowest because it has no cost, while NT requires a global every 12 seconds and SN a global every 25 plus one since you start with 2 charges. NT should probably be in the ballpark of 2x the damage of SN since it costs roughly tw...

With a 30 second CD you still have to sit on AP for probably 10 seconds with the mage trinket once you hit 4 stacks on pull. If you are playing PC and are waiting for your PoF debuff to drop then it could be worth it, but GG anytime some moron in your group pulls early.

Those sims are run with BiS profiles for the given difficulty, so yes it uses 4T18, but that doesn't necessarily mean the stat weights are significantly different.

If you want to know your stat weights for your current setup you need to sim it yourself.

Arcane does not need AB to all of a sudden be instant cast all the time. It just leads to headaches with mana conservation and unpredictability in your rotation.
