I've found that with the cast time reduction frostbolt you can very easily get 3 FoF from a waterjet, the issue is I am not sure at the moment how to track when you will get this faster cast as there isn't a buff associated with it.

At this point the way I am playing it is on heavy AOE fights use 2 set. Immerseus (debatable), TFP, Gal, Spoils. Since multidotting is no longer the 2p/4p decider, AE/CoC damage becomes the factor.

@Daiceman, you have to remeber that the SimC stat weights are calculated in BiS gear, meaning that we have so much haste on it already that it loses it's relative value, it is still an extremely strong stat the first wod tier just has too much of it for us. It is viable, but still not optimal. Our DoTs don't really last long enough for the stacking buff to really benefit us too much. With good RNG of course the top end will be higher with BBOY but the strong aspect of KTT for us isn't the actual proc, its the passive, it's a straight up damage increase...

If you don't have a focus target it will set your current target as a focus (great for fallen protectors where your focus will disappear)
