Seriously, the nerf makes no sense at all. What makes fire strong are those bracers, we're pretty average w/o them.

CiS is indeed better than Kindling for mostly all M+ dungeons, it's "harder" to play but it's far more consistent. Just gotta learn the timings on where to use or save Combustion. You don't use it. You use scorch exactly like before, during combu if you're out of PF/FB or during movement when you're out of ice floes (and/or shimmer depending on the situation). As the other post said, it doesn't work with Kindling so I guess using CiS is better in most scenarios?

What's the actual "rotation" with it? Scorch has no travel time meaning it's going to ruin most Hot Streaks. It doesn't work with Enhanced Pyrotechnics either.

Any 825+ trinket with crit is better than Twisting Wind.

I don't know if it got nerfed, but it's definetly the worst trinket you can get right now. It's borderline useless.

I guess Sim assumes every cyclone tick is a hit. Which is totally wrong since most won't hit.

After some testing, it looks like this does indeed work BUT ONLY if you had no stacks before using CiS. If you had at least one stack and use CiS, you either get 6 crits or you go back to no stacks.
