Always try to line up meteor and combustion when you can!

Also, RoP is a necessity for when casting meteor as well. Never cast a meteor without it!

As for your third scenario, I would hold meteor for combustion unless its a priority target that needs to go down ASAP

I agree with the posts above, this encounter really isn't built for us. The lack of AoE and cleave really kills, the only time I really ever get a chance for either is when the adds are positioned on either Heimdall,Hyrja, or Odyn. So its one fight that really doesn't go with our skill set, meh

I never pop Flame On unless it is with Combustion. It can cause some issues trying to time it back up if you use it without combustion. You never want to delay combustion so it is just best to sit on Flame On until Combustion pops back up
