So right now I'm running Bracers and Shard with my TV spec. Is this the best combo right now for TV, and if not, what is?

Would not suggest Pyro in any case. Technically a dps increase but the proc is so hard to play around that conflag ends up being better. You won't take controlled burn. Heavy aoe or db helm and you take alextrazzas fury, otherwise always flame on. The biggest change is gonna be rune of power. Brace...
