Seems to be hotfixed for me at least. Was testing it on the dummies this morning and icy veins simply gets removed when you change the glyph.

Do you have a razor naga or are you seriously pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ?

I only really use 1-4 on my keyboard - 5 and 6 are keybound to F and R.
I use a Logitech G700 that also has keys bound.

So this fight was all about avoiding damage for us and I was struggling with Crystal so I switched to TV. Not 100% happy with my damage, but happy that we got it down.
