first of all, thank you very much for the awesome work! Legendary discussion: Whell there are fights that lasts shorter than 5 minutes and you use lust in execute phase like first boss. I dont see the value of running shard on that boss because most likeley the boss dies before the 2nd lust has end...

I've got an 870 gnarled root w/ socket and a 865 plaguehive with socket, gnarled root is the choice here right? My other trinket is an 875 sinew so I cant use both of the former

It doesn't really change your rotation ever, however you do want to be mindful of it during combustion for wiggling sinew procs but really there's no interaction on your part other than stacking crit as far as I can tell

Raids are when arcane has to be planned carefully, normal mythics and lower you can pretty much maintain constant "burst" phases. You'll have to really be careful with conserve phases to not go oom in raids, gl!
