long time Resonance user, still learning CU... no fights in NH are PURE single target. everyone has adds at some point. I think it comes down to personal preference, familiarity with the fight and when to do which one. With 4p t19(kilt/shard)(amp, Slip, Rop, Resn, Chono, Ersn, OP)(27c, 24h, 24m, 7v)...

for your legendaries your first stats looks better to me. (30% crit, 21% haste, 21% mastery, and 8% vers)

#feelcraft but a handful of us in the #Arcane Dream discord think;

kilt allows for ~20% mastery
without kilt or Rhonin's or Gravity Spiral I suggest closer to 30% mastery.

not as big of a nerf as I originally thought, but still cuts out 2 mages with shard TWing back and forth in Mythic+ or long fights.

Might have to keep my loot spec on arcane for new MoA Cord for AOE/cleave awesomeness

I do not understand shard changes... does it just extend the duration now? does it cast Time Warp for me? does TW go on cd? strange wording. if this is true, it is a lust/warp extender only? great for frost... rip shard for arcane? the cord changes are per hit... some people tested ptr and said they...

keep in mind that most fights in NH are not pure single target, this is where Rhonins starts to fall off.

going to test Rhonins/kilt on Star Augur because we save lust for the very end. (vs shard)

newer the kilt rotations, just got it last week. i typically AE if there is more than 2 or requires movement... barrage AE AE and you can re position anywhere with Chrono Shift. Slipstream is always amazing for movement as well. MY biggest question so far (kilt+shard) Resonance vs Charged up... for ...

saw a streamer test on PTR, it appears to currently leave a mark on the ground for up to 6 seconds, if you cast another arcane explosion then a baby one (the echo) goes off at the marked location. Animation looks pretty cool actually.

I personally use Castbars - pretty easy and simple, when casting AB there is a red "wedge" at the end that indicates I can hit my next button, also a small red section at the end of AM.... just wanted to share what works for me. ;P

I feel this concept of barrageless endless burn is tied to Quickening, which we no longer have. the flip side of this: for those with mana saving legiondarys; 2 or 3 barrage rotations when there is about~30 seconds for AP to come back up ... is the easiest way to not go OOM. barrage is no longer a t...

I have a feeling that mark of the Claw maybe better for burst AOE ( many mechanics in NH) thoughts?
