The other thread just got an update today (July 16), and they're putting conflicting data regarding ST talents.
It still shows TV/LW as the go to talents for pure single target.

Right now, 4pcT20 sims as a 5k dps LOSS compared to my 4pcT19, and this is despite the fact that the T19 items are lower ilvl (895 and 890 vs 2x 900s)

The shoulders need a bump in damage. It's just universally worse than all current options.
It should be up there with bracers/belt considering its only real use is for ST.

Fire shoulders took a dump and are now 5th best.
