Just look at a top warriors logs, it is a complete joke a thing like Draught exists. Which is weird considering they nerfed the hell out of Arabs Ruby because it was really good for fire mages. I think they are trying to preemptively balance around our set bonuses for t20. We will be using frozen orb a lot more, which would lead to infinite IV uptime.

I've noticed this lately too but just assumed that maybe i did it as the cast was finishing and wasn't facing the boss when the cast went off, or something.

It doesn't happen every time but it definitely sucks to waste all that time on a hardcasted pyro that doesn't land.

I think there's an illusion of better class balance due to multiple factors like BiS trinkets and warforge/titan forged, and legendary RNG, but mostly artifact traits.
