True, unless mastery is factored into the tooltip, which i'm not sure about but it does make some amount of sense.

The tooltip does take into account Mastery, it's just not up-to-date with the AB buffs we got.

Tooltips are severely screwed up right now. According to WoWHead , AB should hit for 100% Spell Power. Arcane Blast then got buffed by 10%, then 16%. At 10%, I'd be on 1141. Stuf UF are the best non-packaged UFs around at the moment. Take a bit of fiddling to configure and whatnot, but worth it if you're willing to put the effort in.

I don't play in 4K but it's perfectly possible to build a good UI with other addons outside of Elv/TukkUI.

Using the glyph delays the use of evocation as previously stated Optimal play would mean you don't delay your Evocation by much (talking up to 5-10 seconds here, which is what can happen without Glyph as well) as you should be burning around your Evocation CD, not using glyph just makes this timing...

I think NT/RoP/OP is a valid combo. It was definitely much better than NT/RoP/AO before the AO fix, and I ran it for Twins/Brackenspore. Not sure whether it's still preferable after the fix though.
