Do you still care about the relic effect ? for example, would you equip a relic that enhance your shield just because the netherlight crucible effect is better ? Or do we have to sim them all ?

Will polymorph always put you in combat with the thing you polymorph? I feel like I often poly something out of combat, skip that mob and a minute later that thing comes back to me angry as hell

i have 7,021 haste on ptr, can confirm double il worked for me with lust/IV when i casted FB from about ~10yds from target and casted double IL while running towards target (in a way where at the 2nd IL you are pretty much just arriving at the target) i could get it fairly often but by no means ever...

Whether or not to munch a BF IL proc depends on the circumstances. FB BF is the only way to guarantee not dropping chain reaction stacks.
