As far as I can tell, 4p T20 for fire is about equal (maybe a littler under) to 4p T19 in my patchwerk sims. Right now, in order for me to wear 2p T19 / 4p T20, I have to take a 20 ilevel downgrade because I have T19 gloves at 920 and T20 gloves at 900, which translated into a dps loss. I even simme...
