Assuming you use the Right mouse button to move the camera; download the right mouse button modifier program from Curse... It gives the option of disabling right mouse clicks during combat.

Keep the Sinew... after extensive testing with my 865 Sinew (paired with 845 Baton, 850 Oak, 855 Tongue, 850 Skovald, 850 Manacracker)... 865 Sinew and 845 Baton comes out on top.

For you I'd use the 855 Tongue and 865 Sinew but try to get yourself an 830+ baton to replace the tongue.

I use dragons breath on the globs yes... The legendary helm is what boosts the damage to insane levels. I also try to use dragonbreath while ROP is active... a crit does anywhere between 500k-600k damage per glob.

I also use flamestrike on ROP against the globs.

But does the Sims take into account that you're running on a timer? The whole point of Mythic + is to run it as fast as possible, one way of doing is to do as much damage as possible within the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of cooling down between pulls. @Sosaria: Sims already show that flamestrike is a dps loss on less than 8 targets. If you want to use flamestrike on low target count then use flamepatch, which makes it viable at 3 targets.
