With the default profile (no legendaries) MI/CiS is the best combination. As soon as you add legendaries (bracers most likely), RoP takes over This is not the case for me, MI sims higher than RoP with bracers by 5k DPS. Not sure what the variable is then. For me RoP beats out MI by about 5k as well...

Can you explain the reasoning behind using mirror image for fire sims? Is the rune of power nerf really that substantial or did something else happen on ptr that I just missed. The default mythic fire profile actually goes up to about ~430k if it uses Mirror Images/Cinderstorm. 429k if it uses Meteor/RoP.

The problem with calling for range from what I've seen, is that it goes off the edge of the hitbox, rather than the center. This doesn't matter for DB, but for things like DG pot and flurry, it will be inaccurate.

Sorry for the generic answer, but you really just need to sim it yourself. The set bonus is good for sure, but it's not really easy to just eyeball something like that.

You may get a better answer in the #research channel in Discord. Frosted and a few others in there work on simcraft. I do agree that it looks wrong, but I don't personally have the helm so I'm not really sure what the optimal way to play it is.

Living Bomb and Dragons Breath both become a gain at 3 targets. For 2 targets you do your normal single target rotation.

Remember that those weights are for that specific set of gear, always sim your own character for the correct weights.

Bough is bugged if multiple people are using it in your raid. Whoever procs it first, the others add to the first one.

Falq claimed it works now within only 1 or 2 yards of max range so it's no easy if that factor is considered.

They both go off fine for me. Can easily tell by checking your combat log or damage meter.

How you use Sinew with Kindling depends on the fight length. Rule of thumb though is to never delay your combust for the trinket. If you are getting four combusts off in a fight(mythic Ursoc), you would want your second use of the trinket to be at around 1:50 with rune of power, and then a third tim...

Yeah, without being able to complete blue and higher it seems pretty meh. I chose the free bonus roll because that saves me the time of farming multiple order resource world quests anyway.

Dragons Breath is the main way you want to proc it. Its' actually really nice for M+ because you'll be using DB for damage anyway, so it's free haste/run speed.

Whoa a lot more people suggesting to use Kindling over CiS than I thought. If you hit perfectly with all 6 cinders 100% of the time CiS is a DPS gain over Kindling in single target sims.

You've misinterpreted for sure. If you convert to a pyro with fire blast mid fireball cast, you should always use the pyro. What they refer to when they say always fireball first is when you throw a pyro after a fireball and they both crit, you should be casting a fireball first before you use that ...
