On Fallen Avatar encounter, phase 1, the proc does not hit/dmg the Fallen Avatar(works on Maiden). Works on Fallen Avatar in phase 2, but u miss out on all the dmg in phase 1 unless its fixed soon. Reported ingame.

I have a similar weakaura for it, simply has a cross over the BF proc when you have X icicles in order to make sure you save it for Glacial Spike.

Is there any way to actually sim the current equipped gear and everything in your bag(so all possible combos of gear you have) and thus see what might be an upgrade? if bracer still sims highest, wouldnt the question be, does the ring offset the Gloves, as if you are using bracer/new ring, then u can run 2/6 4/6 t19/20 too?

IF they learned from previous leggos, our ring should be either Tier 1, 2 or 5 choice, however given the current datamined rings I suspect this wont be the case.

My guess is gearing will be the same process - you want to lock in your leggos(if they make a ring that gives you passive Frozen touch or Splitting ice I would consider dropping gloves), lock in your highest stat values on the tier and use M+ for perfect stat weighted items(which will go higher too ...
