I think with 3-4 mobs patch almost always wins out and if your dropping fs all the time that 50% movement debuff can save the tank or healer on higher levels especially on affix's like necrotic and skittish

if meteor's crit is calculated on cast wouldn't it be better to cast at the end of the combustion window and let it fall while combustion ticks off?

Hey I also have bracer/belt and have been playing meteor. I've been struggling to find the 'right' way to play myself.
