Blizzcon is SOON, like 3 weeks.

It might be useful to create a Legion forum where all thread about it could group for clarity.

It could contain the following topic:
- official information that contain link to official information, blue post and tweet.
- one topic per spec
- TC/SimC topic

In sort what was done for MoP
