Deleting answers to questions that you don't agree with.

It's better to punish publicly than do that in my opinion. It's worse to censor than being strict in the open. For instance, old Elitist Jerks was extremely harsh but it rarely just deleted someone's record.

I just looked through the deletion archives briefly, but didn't notice anything that stood out in particular. Most of the removals seemed to be off-topic posts or misunderstandings that were cleared up. If there is a specific case that you are concerned with, please contact one of us admins in a PM, and we'll see if something has gone wrong.

As a side note, we use infractions and bans for punishment. They're very different from regular forum cleanup :)
