Let me preface this by saying I don't really care if it's wonky if it increases my DPS, I can make it work.

Is PC a viable option on fire for fights where there are multiple targets which are not always stacked and PC would allow for a combustion double dip or at the very least, a larger combustion tick when they are seperated? As of right now I can't reliably utilize it anywhere but PvP where you PB once, CB and blow your load into the crystal with BW to kill someone instantly. Unfortunately, the same tactic doesn't work when the target had a health bar in the billions. It just seems like crits are too unreliable and often times I have to check if I have my tier gear on because it's like I don't even have a 4 set in fire.

Long story short, is there any situation where Meteor or Kindling is not superior to PC in PvE as Fire.

PC is the top option for single target targets, but it also comes with a high amount of variance. This is because bad non-crit streaks are very punishing with PC's 12 second window. Another issue is that Fire simply isn't a very spec for single target damage.

That's what I thought, guess it's more mind numbing arcane for single target.
