Arcane HFC talents / boss - help

I went 12/13 and given it is the first week and i had to learn the fights my usage of prismatic crystal was not great. Timing was hard, uptime or value was terrible. Entire crystals wasted etc... After 1 week of learning i feel some fights are still ok with PC others terrible.

I'd love a 2 part HFC arcane talent boss guide like the brf or HM ones or just your input also, you know which set of talents work best on which fights type thing. Part 1 being for 4pct17 mastery and part 2 being 2/4pc t18 haste gear.

Some fights i still find SN-IF-PC to be great since i am still 4pct17 like iron reaver, komrok, gorefiend, iskar, zakuun, socrethar and velhari.

Other fights with many targets or priorities or movement crystal felt bad like hellfire assault, council, deadeye, xhulhorac and mannoroth.

Any recommendations for 4pct17 on these fights? NT-IF-AO?
What about 2/4pct18 any changes to talent specs?

Frost would be better on several of the low 2-3 add cleave fights
