After the pre-patch, everything feels so slow.
Would it be acceptable to switch my Heroic PBoI for a Mythic BBoY?

EDIT: Meant swapping a Mythic Warforged KTT for a Mythic BBoY.

Is swapping PBoI for BBoY an alternative? Equal item level.
The proc BBoY gives is insane compared to PBoI's.

PBoI is still BiS after the patch (but will get weaker as you start to level in WoD so you may want to change to BBoY from lvl 92+)
