564 Frost Mage help

Just looking for some general advice on improving my playstyle.

Pretty much FB spam, use CD's, Procs(prioritizing FFB>IL when both are up), keeping LB up(and my sad attempts at snapshotting cause i'm bad :p)

No spell haste buff that run and I barely used alter time, moved my UI and Weakauras around a bit and I didn't even think to look for my trinket procs that fight... /facepalm

The main issue i'm having fairly consistently is my BF procs, I generally am not as close on my BF procs>casts ratio as I am on FoF>IL, now this fight it was especially bad(a bit distracted but oh well). However I am usually within at least 5-10 BF procs>FFB casts(still bad lol)

And my guild is currently on Malk norm(just formed about a month ago and still recruiting so having to pug some spots so just having some bad luck)

EDIT:should be doing malk tonight with the guild, hopefully can get a bit more accurate log

Yeah you lost a lot of BF procs on that malk pull. Everything else (ice lance, Invokers, LB) was fine though. And the AT use needs fixing too as it's a pretty big dps cd.

Still wasting BF procs, sure I could do a bit better with them, same with IL.
Not sure how I did with my AT usage there as I don't really know how to check that yet.
Invokers uptime on thok is a bit low due to no cast time at the end of the p1s there.
Spoils some LB downtime between the doors while waiting for other side to finish.
