Arcane Help

Hi,

Iv'e recently made the switch from frost to arcane. I was just wondering if anyone could look over a log for me and tell me what i have done wrong, as I dont really understand how to read logs.

I know i used Incanters over ROP as i forgot to change it before the fight.

Did a quick pug of kargath, please note I had 218ms. I think i did reasonable. Any tips?
