Frost Trinket need help

I am relatively new to frost mages and I am currently wondering before I can even reach Archimonde normal kill which I know his Frost trinket is best and Iskar is second best. I currently have these 3 and unsure of which to use

Goren Soul Repository Mythic with no wa ... et="_blank

If I was to get BH trinket Herioc would that be an upgrade over any of them? I doubt I can pug mythic with my gear. I am sitting at ilvl 687. I am averaging 28k-35k dps am I doing to low? I read the guides and following the rotations.
