Was tome nerfed again for frost?

Or was it just an update on the tooltip?
It was showing up to today 108% increased icelance damage, now it's just 72%.

There is no change to the trinket. The tooltip update from 6.2.2 is just reflecting the hotfix applied about a week after 6.2 launched.
I feel like this question is being repeated a lot
What can we do to stop more people from asking the same question?

Maybe just make a message everytime someone logs in he get a window telling them the trinket was only tooltip-hotfixed and let them sign that up.
Something like the disclaimer on p**-sites:
DO YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE TRINKET IS NOT NERFED?
