Has anyone simmed a Patchwerk case of "Ring on CD" + Arcane?

Does it conclude that it's fine to just burn on Arcane Power CD or does one have to wait for the Ring CD?
e.g. a ~6min fight.

Wait for the ring. It doesn't matter so much if you have just got the ring but as the ring gets upgraded each week, the difference gets stronger and stronger in favour of waiting for the ring.

I can't remember seeing an exact breakpoint published but try reading through the posts in
