I was simply wondering if it was worth it to try and hit the 18960 haste break point in my gear or stick with what I have.

First things first. You have 1.68% above hit cap. hit cap is 15%, that is really hurting you. i suggest that you find some different gear that does not have hit on it or replace as soon as possible. that 1.68% can go to another valuable stat. Secondly. Haste at 14242 is optimal. There really is no "need" to go higher at your gear level. So using mr robot i would cap haste at 14242. But really, that much hit is killing ya. Also, if you are snapshotting, that is actually not needed either. It can and most of the time is, an actual dps loss.

I must be late to the party, because I see your character at 15% hit!

Long story short, the answer is "no". I feel like you'd be losing too many stats to try for the higher BP. Also, the 18960 BP is not worth it - either you aim for 19347, or don't bother.
