How does Zann'esu Journey effect your rotation.

I got this lego today and am super curious how this effects both single target and AoE rotations, also whether AG would be worth taking on single target now and what builds would be best in general. More information the better!

I have it since 1-2 weeks now and from what I've seen it should be only cast if your at 5 stacks on ST and UM will outperform AG if its pure ST. As soon as there is one add in the fight AG should be better(I run AG most of NH). Your AoE rotation doesn't change, because you're supposed to cast blizzard on cd on 2 or more targets anyway.
