Best race for Frost Mages? (Alliance)

Hey fellow mages.
After looking into race benefits for mages, i've only been able to find simulations for horde races and not really any for alliance. Currently i'm a Night Elf Mage with 900 eqp ilvl with a small problem of being above 30% crit (currently 29%) to reach the recommended shatter percentages and i thought if it would be worth re-rolling to Human for those extra 2% extra from all secondary stats?
I already know that NE is getting the 1% extra crit before 6:00:00PM and Haste afterwards until 6:00:00AM. But the extra crit wont be in effect since im raiding after 6PM.
Does anyone have sims for alliance frost mage or something similar?
