CoS & Arc Gearsets Still Relevant for 7.2.5?

I'm quite late to the party on this.

Is farming Arc and Court for warforged/titanforged 2pc. gearsets a waste of time?

I am wondering because I really like how the pair can fit around tier gear well. As we move into Tomb of Sargeras and switch out T19 for T20, this stuff seems like it might could come in handy for certain situations. Are you guys running this stuff still with good results? Or have you switched it out for NH gear?

I'm currently running the other two piece set (helm+shoulder) from the Arc/CoS for ST, and an 890 Shard for both ST/AoE. It sims a lot higher than my current Whispers right now, so I like using it, especially when shard seems to proc so much.
