6% Aura added to PTR - New buff?

They added a 6% Aura to the PTR build today for fire mages, along with nerfing our 4 pc bonus to only critical strikes.

•Item - Mage T20 Fire 4P Bonus Pyroblast and Flamestrike critical strikes increases the damage of your next Pyroblast or Flamestrike by 10% for 8 sec.

•Fire Mage Increases damage/healing of Aftershocks, Blast Furnace, Blast Wave, Blazing Barrier, Cinderstorm, Conflagration, Conflagration Flare Up, Dragon's Breath, Fire Blast, Fireball, Flame Patch, Flamestrike, Frost Nova, Living Bomb, Meteor, Meteor Burn, Phoenix Reborn, Phoenix's Flames, Pyroblast, Scorch by 0% 6%. Increases periodic damage/healing of Aftershocks, Blast Furnace, Blast Wave, Blazing Barrier, Cinderstorm, Conflagration, Conflagration Flare Up, Dragon's Breath, Fire Blast, Fireball, Flame Patch, Flamestrike, Frost Nova, Living Bomb, Meteor, Meteor Burn, Phoenix Reborn, Phoenix's Flames, Pyroblast, Scorch by 0%. Is this just reflecting the current buff we got or is this an additional 6% aura added? Anyone know?

Anyone on PTR that can confirm/deny is this is an ADDITIONAL 6% or if its the same thats on live.

Since it is exactly the same number - I assume this change just got merged to the 7.2.5 branch. /git pull origin master --rebase
