Do i just cry until i get kilt? :(

So, I'm stuck without kilt so far. Is there anything else I can do to improve or am i maxed until i get kilt? I feel a few fights im being held back by mana restrictions, when everyone else is burning im being forced to conserve mana or else id be oom for rest of fight.
Legendaries: Chest, Bracers, Boots, Sephuz and Shard Rings, KJ Trinket

Also, opinions on using Arcane Explosion on 2 targets now? And best legendary combo in Tomb of Sargeras when we will want T19 2p + T20 4p?

I had the same problem but not with the kilt (first legy)

I farmed hard for the ring of exodar and got it as my 9th legandary after nearly all arcane and all spec legandarys.

I would recommend for you to farm EN Mythic and Nethershards to buy leg tokens.
