Which Legendaries should I use in which situations?

So I just got Lady Vashj's Grasp, and now with Shard of the Exodar and Magtheridon's Banished Bracers, I have all 3 frost BiS legendaries. I was looking at Warcraftlogs to see what the top Frost DPS is doing for each fight in Mythic Nighthold, and it looked like it varied from boss to boss.

So in what situations is it optimal to use each legendary?

wrist + ring for short fights/farm where you can benefit alot from the second hero.

wrist + hands for longer fights/progress like star augur maybe
