Chono Shard 940 questions

Hey guys, debating over two trinkets along with the OWL at the moment.

raidbots for patchwerk fight is saying that OWL & Chrono Shard are top, while OWL and Burning Portal Key is second.

I'm curious if the constant +1321 vers is superior to the proc chance on Chrono Shard, despite the Chrono also having more Int.

Not sure what the proc chance is on the Chrono (really good or bad).

Looking for some insight.

I don't know what more you want. If sims are showing you something in a patchwerk ST fight are better, then in that scenario in game you're going to have the better result with Owl/chrono. Also depending on where your stat weights are it could be why it's valuing the chrono shard more as it has more raw int on it if your Int is a higher statweight. Also looking at your character your Haste seems low for fire, so it may also be valuing the haste proc as more valuable due to your current low haste.
