Here is a comparison of your log cast timeline to the rank 1 LFR frost timeline:

You need to use glacial spike, ebon bolt and commet storm for ST. (And bone chillin in general). You need to followup your flurries with Ice Lance. And in general you need to reduce down time.

You should probably read icy veins rotation for frost aswell as talent selection. If you chose glacial spike (as you should) its important the you always shatter them with brain freeze flurry.
