Please check my logs

My DPS is nowhere near where I think it should be and Im being blown out the water by the other mages in my guild. For the life of me I cant figure out the problem. I welcome harsh constructive criticism.

Should give you a couple of easy/fast improvment areas.
More uptime, using procs correctly, using flasks/food/pots etc
