30ms yet 200-300 while casting.

Hello.

The title states the problem of mine pretty much.
I've been trying to fix this for 4 days now with the help of GMs, we're slowly running out of options...

Just checking, might you have any ideas what may cause this? Have anyone encountered this also?
As fire mage i cannot really afford 300 ms delay. I repeat, the ms in the game menu is constantly 30-38 no matter what.

I'm sorry but since I personally never encountered something similar I can't offer any more insight.

Have your tried the following ?

Did you try replicating it with/without Addons ?

Have you tried a fresh install of the game ?

Updated all drivers for your GPU/CPU etc. ?

If you have an otherwise stable internet connection it's definetly a local problem on your machine.

I have tried all you mentioned (its like a little piece from all ive tried lolz).
4 different computers, 4 different connections, 4 different routers, the best is 50mb/s download 20mb/s upload.
I've done various speed internet tests they're totally fine yet the 200-300 ms while casting ...
So frustrating
