Like most people I had written off the idea of using stat stick trinket for the likes of shock baton.

But, I figured arcanocrystal is nearly bis for fire so I decided to throw a gem in this one I got from a WQ and sim it.

Turns out its around a 1k dps increase over a 840 shock baton and an 880 plaguehive.

So don't pass up those wqs

Well I guess it depends

For those trinkets to be worth it they must proc good ilvl, crit stat and maybe a socket but yeah ...worth simming before DE to crystal

I used with my plain 840 baton, and imported his character to get his exact roggstone

This trinkets are better than any EN trinket, only karazhan ones sim better than an ~870 stat stick, and Arcanocrystal is BiS for frost and 2nd BiS after Sinew for Fire.

Unfortunately after ~15 tries my best is a warforged 845 with Avoidance.
