Courtesy of Dmages of MCO-Shadowsong, who made a couple of really useful WeakAuras for us to use when baiting Chains of Fel on Xhul'horac with Evanesce. No particular target should be required, you can just target whatever and it will go off when the ability is being cast, giving you ample notification to hit Evanesce.

I wonder, is there a way to create a version of this WA that only triggers when Akkelion or Xhul are casting on the Player, specifically?
