Glacial Spike Icicle Counter

This WA is a bit of a hack job, but it counts the number of crit icicles that you have as well as the estimated value of the stored icicles.

The number on the left is the crit frost bolts (actually it is damage, but normalized that 1 is a full crit), max is 5 min is zero. The right value is the total damage stored in your current icicles. I had to estimate black ice by adding 10% to every icicle. The accuracy of this also goes down once you go over 5 icicles because I do not track when they fire to detect ice_nine events.
